Started out mild, building up to a good spicy heat towards the end. Grilled steak was cooked perfectly. Peppers were fresh and only slightly crunchy when in the curry. White rice was served on the side. Only complaint was that there was simply too much of it to eat it all. Delicious, highly recommended.
Warning: it's quite hot. Do not attempt if you can't stand the heat.
